Ben Werdmuller is our chief technology officer. Prior to The 19th, he co-founded Elgg and Known, supported media startups at Matter Ventures, was the inaugural Geek in Residence at the Edinburgh Festivals, and worked on publications at Medium. An early blogger and open web advocate, he is an active member of the indieweb community.
