In February, President Donald Trump signed an executive order that threatens to withhold federal funding from educational programs that allow transgender women and girls to compete in women’s sports categories. In its wake, the NCAA, largest college sports governing body in the country, banned transgender women student-athletes from competing in women’s sports.
